Went to Arches and the
Canyonlands National Parks.
Had a wonderful campsite in Canyonlands. Met a family from Germany. The daughter was here as an exchange student for the year. Her parents decided to come pick her up and take a trip around the country.
"Oh, it's home again and home again, America for me! I want a ship that's westward bound to plough the rolling sea To the blessed land of Room Enough beyond the ocean bars, Where the air is full of sunlight and the flag is full of stars." ~Henry Van Dyke

Day 11 - June 16th
Sorry, days seem to blend together. I was off count and should be on track now. It sure would make it easy to have high speed internet each day.
Off to Mesa Verde. A place where the indians lived in the sides of the cliffs. They farmed on top of the mesa. I would not have lasted here. Using ropes and ladders to get down the cliff to my home? This trip has been a challenge for someone who is afraid of heights.
Left Mesa Verde traveling to the Arches and Canyonlands.
