Day 4 - June 9th

6:30 am 

Woke to a beautiful morning of 54 degrees!  Went to the Garden of the Gods.  This is the balancing rock.

Traveled to Pike's Peak.  The landscape is unbelievable.

 It was a chilly lunch at the lake.

 Look familiar?

On the top.  Plaque has the poem "America the Beautiful".








After this we traveled to Focus on the Family.  Went to Whit's End for an ice cream and the wonderful bookstore.
